These Terms of Service govern your use of Hablo Car Sales. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

Access is provisioned after a demo. The plan then renews monthly until cancelled. You are responsible for content you publish.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to publish unlawful, deceptive, or infringing listings, or to send unsolicited bulk messaging in violation of applicable law.

3. Third-party services

Integrations with Meta, WhatsApp, Stripe, and other providers are subject to their respective terms. You are responsible for maintaining any required authorizations.

4. Liability

Although every reasonable effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained on this site, absolute accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Dealer is responsible for final vehicle pricing & Fees, Protection of all data and sales process. Liability is limited to a maximum of 3 months of monthly contracted amount. The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hablo Car Sales is not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond that cap.
